Using the high road several times daily, there certainly hasn't been a increased presence of Community Safety Officers.

The only ones I saw were escorting the Camden lot today for about 6O minutes.

So much money given out to get a design before even checking the practical feasibility of repainting.

It is disheartening that the people in charge misuse High Streets for All funds.
