A great @CamdenLabour evening canvas in Kentish Town North for:

Really good conversations with residents on housing, dealing with anti-social behaviour and Camden action on climate.
#VoteLabour 7 May.
@jessica_rachid This is such a touching message, thank you so much to you and your mum for sharing Luke’s story.
I’m very grateful to you and your mum for the support - as your councillor, I will always be on your side.

Good news for Londoners.
The Freedom Pass is vital for older Londoners, helping them stay connected to friends and family.
Labour councils have my full backing to protect it 👏🏾
Good fun to join the Carrol & Sanderson Estate Gardening Group this morning, making a huge difference to improve the area, working with @GrowingGreenUK 🌱
Proud to support local funding for their fantastic work in Kentish Town North!
@thameswater Huge thanks to the @CamdenCouncil and @thameswater teams on the ground, as well as police and fire teams, who have worked tirelessly through the day to support those affected by flooding and fix the damage.
Part of Leighton Road remains closed with repairs taking place now.
UPDATE: A burst water main on Falkland Road is causing a loss of water across Kentish Town, NW5
I understand that bottled water is being provided to those in priority need, and Camden is working with Thames Water.

Please do get in touch if you have been impacted by flooding - and contact Thames Water for support.
It’s the honour of my life to be the councillor for the area I’m proud to call home.
Huge thanks to the members who unanimously re-selected Sylvia and I to be @CamdenLabour candidates for Kentish Town North tonight!
I’m so sad to hear of Conor Gearty’s death - an incredible lecturer at LSE and a much-loved figure in Kentish Town. He was a respected advocate on human rights issues, while also being so involved in local causes.
His warmth and friendship will be so sorely missed.
It has truly been an honour to be in the Department for Education fighting every day to improve outcomes for children and schools.
I leave knowing that @bphillipsonMP is a brilliant Education Secretary who will continue to deliver.

I am running to be Deputy Leader of @UKLabour.
As a proud working-class woman from the North East, I have come from a tough council street all the way to the Cabinet.
I will be a strong voice to unite our Party, take the fight to Reform, and deliver for our country.
