@BackTheGirlsPod 2 - Their longevity and sustainability then surely becomes questionable. Look at Deri and Nelson in recent times. Both Premiership teams.

How do we solve this problem?

Better coaching?

Better organisation?

Less teams in small areas geographically?

Squad caps?

@BackTheGirlsPod 1 - I’m concerned about the amount of matches being postponed because of teams not being able field 12 + players.

It’s great that there are a lot of women’s teams but if they’re in a small area geography wise, they are all competing for the same players.
