Sound engineering taught me how distortion works.
Naturopathy taught me the body is a transmitter.
Life taught me what happens when your identity is built on noise instead of truth.
This thread is about signal, collapse, and rebuilding from coherence 🧵
@KillaXBT What do you think of the macro thesis that equities are in a final melt up and about to print a secular 45 years top? Would that change bitcoin:native cycles in your opinion?
@BioavailableNd I eas just thinking before you wrote that that the sun is recharging my soul, inspiration and clarity that the cold and grey skies of Canada took from me 😅
Your nervous system is the first interface to reality. What it broadcasts, life reflects back. When the signal is distorted, the reflection looks like struggle, reactivity, and loops that repeat no matter how hard you work.
Coherence is the mechanic underneath everything you are trying to build. Work the signal and the reflection reorganizes on its own.
Nothing “makes” you do or feel anything. Your system reacts to a perceived threat, based on old code and inherited beliefs. When you take back authorship over the meaning you project onto events, the loop breaks and you start creating your life instead of reacting to it.
@sam_soete The nervous system reads signal coherence before content. Sustained fake signal trains it to stop trusting its own read. That’s a calibration problem, and calibration problems have a fix.
The gap between knowing what to do and doing it is not a discipline problem. It is an identity problem.
Something in you hesitates because the pattern was built to keep you hesitating.
The pattern's job is to keep you inside it.
That is how it survives. You cannot see the edge of something you are standing in the middle of.
This is why knowing better does not fix it. Willpower does not fix it. Reading another book does not fix it. The pattern is not a behavior. It was installed as who you are. So it has to be addressed there.
One small shift in where you are looking from changes everything. One inch of distance between you and the program, and it starts to lose its grip. That inch is where choice lives.
Nobody accidentally builds one thing deeply.
You can see exactly what's happening: The half-finished code sits there, gathering dust, the business stalled months ago, the side hustle never launched.
You know the pattern is fractured, and you still cannot stop.
Because stopping feels like dying. So you move instead, you build, you start the next thing. Motion is the only evidence you're still alive.
At night, you're exhausted in a way sleep doesn't touch. During the day, you're scattered across five contexts at once.
At home, you're physically present but mentally three steps ahead, already building the next iteration of the next thing.
Your wife asks you something, and you answer while you're not there.
Your kid notices you're distracted.
You notice too.
You'll do it again tomorrow anyway.
That's the fracture. Nothing to do with an abstract wound, but rather a behaviour running on repeat that you can see clearly and cannot stop under pressure.
The exhaustion is real.
The cost is real.
The inability to choose differently, even when you see it is what you can't change.
@brianmaierhofer dysregulated receiver sets the frequency before your mind enters the room. Regulated, you’re drawing from a wider signal. Same room, same people, same conversation.
Completely different data coming in.
@MindTendencies2 Yes!
Conscious decision is the beginning of the sequence.
Under real pressure, the old code outruns the decision every time until the nervous system is trained to hold a pause long enough for the new instruction to land. That training is the actual work. 🙏
@the_stoic_cult@MindTendencies2 The distinction between your sphere and theirs is clean in principle. Under pressure, the nervous system does not consult the principle. The code fires first. Rigor requires more than the map. It requires an operating system that holds the line when activation hits.
@MetaMorpehus She can see the belief clearly, but she still cannot rest without the guilt firing. That gap is the actual problem and insight does not update an operating instruction.
A conscious standard has to replace what usefulness was doing for her identity.
