@AEO When I get one of you "supervisors" @AEO, I was told again that they could not assist me and I had to wait more time for my lost items. The call back, then wait for them to process refunds. All you tell me is I will give you 20% back today. Not cool

@AEO has the worst customer service ever. No solutions for lost items. Told to wait it out and I would need to reorder, pay for it again and then hope the items actually make it to me.
