My children reported being sexually abused, I thought that was the worst day of my life...7 years of being dragged through the Family Court taught me different!
Please share and retweet 🙏- this desperate mother fought for 2 years in family court to keep her children safe and they have now been kidnapped by their father and taken to the Middle East where she has very little chance of help or finding them! 🙏
Pro-alienation practitioners frame a mother's rightful anxiety about contact with someone who has hurt them and their children as more concerning than the abuse that brought the family to court in the first place.
@woodallthoughts I can understand that, and I’m sorry the treatment you’ve had stops you from being able to share more freely. PA is an emotive subject and it can be used against genuine DA victims, but that doesn’t mean it also doesn’t happen and I can imagine the hostility you might receive.
@woodallthoughts For me, the reason I doubt you/your intentions/work has more to do with how defensive/dismissive you’ve been any time I’ve tried to engage with you. I genuinely wanted to hear your views & challenges to the perception people can have of you. I am happy to potentially be wrong.
@woodallthoughts I look forward to hearing their stories, and I genuinely hope that you do make their lives better and can bring them peace and healing. I just hope your approach isn’t too blinkered, and while you’re only human and mistakes inevitable, you really are motivated to help.
@woodallthoughts I find the fact that you lock the comments on your posts says a lot. If you’re here to post about your work and theories, I would have thought you’d be happy to engage and stand by it. I look forward to the children you ‘work for’ being of age to let you know their reality.
I love how this expert is so secure in her beliefs, skills and expertise that she welcomes the opportunity to discuss and explore any potential challenges to them…wait, oh no, comments are turned off, as usual! 🙄
1. Judges make decisions in the Family Courts based upon the law not ideology supported by the unsubstantiated claims of mothers unhappy with decisions based upon the law. Thus, there is a drive worldwide to change the law, in order that ideological beliefs are reflected in it.
Do you know what really saddens me?
Mothers actually considering walking away from their children.
Not because they don't love them but because they cant take any more of family court and the way they are being treated throughout compared to their abusers.
Being repeatedly degraded and hounded for anything and everything. Their evidence dismissed.
The orders leaving them unsafe and constantly broken.
Fighting a losing battle the moment they walk through those doors.
Many are already exhausted and traumatised from domestic abuse and then they are subjected to it over and over again by the family court.
Threats from social workers and cafcass.
Losing their children.
It impacting every aspect of their life and their other children.
I've been following a number of family court parental alienation cases over the last 18 months & have seen a pattern of mothers making allegations of domestic abuse or child sex abuse being invited to undergo psychological assessments before being labelled mad, bad or unstable.🧵
@fenwench@RobLee82033760@GabyFePagano@SVPhillimore@houseofeffie I’m confused, I genuinely don’t know what to think or believe, particularly with text messages which have been posted. I hate to doubt anyone’s trauma as someone who has been in an abusive relationship, but I’m now starting to think things might not be as they first seemed.
@anotherDAstat@MelanieBridgen Yes, I agree, if things constantly went missing. But as you say, making children take off clothes and shoes? That’s something else!
@anotherDAstat@MelanieBridgen It’s just cruel for the kids, particularly when they’re young and might have favourite clothes etc. I just don’t understand the mentality? If it’s about the children it should be theirs wherever they are and I’d just be happy they liked it and wanted to wear/use them!
@VanessaBrownCan These also show how many people ‘viewed’ your tweets which could be further evidence for their case to illustrate how many people have read and retweeted etc.
@VanessaBrownCan It looks like they’re just trying to build up a picture of how you talk about him and the things you openly say about him, in addition to the things you tweet, so that they can use this to evidence their case for imposing the consequences they feel are justified.
