This morning a real treat - Akshata Murty aka Mrs Sunak in Bramley, Godalming and Ash. The Sunak and the Hunt family are not just friends; we have been neighbours for the last 18 months. Akshata and I went on to see Phil in Bramley’s Apple and the team in Nest cafe to see how they are doing - the terrible fuel leak has impacted local businesses - so we were all thrilled to enjoy some of the best iced lattes in Surrey after very hot door knocking...

It was great to visit @MickApplebyUK’s racing yard in Langham recently to hear all about the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to train a winning horse.

It was lovely to meet so many of the team as well as some of their incredible horses - especially Big Evs who was recently Mick’s first Group One winner at the competitive Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Sprint Turf in California, and he’s also about to compete at Royal Ascot! 🐎
