@Slater350q@PaulineHansonOz Yet they still vote and support her.
The naysayers always break everyone down into racial classes.
Yet One Nation are the racists. Go figure.
@Petitioner007@Kitdavidsonpoe1@PaulineHansonOz I have lots of ideas.
Being concerned about the political landscape is patriotic and a necessity.
Names are the refuge of someone with nothing to contribute.
Can you explain "suicide merchants" to me?
Hobart Lord Mayor Anna Reynolds’ Term Plan report celebrates a $900 million (+9.9%) rise in the local economy over four years.
But cumulative inflation over the same period was about 16% to 18%, so in real purchasing-power terms the local economy likely shrank by 5% to 7%.
The fight for common sense continues while politicians grandstand over deer numbers.

@Slater350q@PaulineHansonOz Ah, the classic racist. I knew it would come up eventually.
The longer this goes on for, the more people's eyes are opened to the uni-party.
So many people like myself volunteer, I urge everyone to do the same. Red, Blue or any of the others, just get involved.
🎉 WE REACHED 4,000 SIGNATURES! 💜💛
Exactly two weeks ago today, we launched our petition calling for a parliamentary inquiry into conversion practices in Tasmania. We hoped for a good response, but honestly, we never imagined we would reach 4,000 signatures. We weren’t even sure we would get to 1,000!
The response has been overwhelming, and we are incredibly grateful. This has been a remarkable show of public support for proper scrutiny of the Greens’ Conversion Practices Bill.
At this rate, we might even reach 6,000 signatures if we extended the petition for another week. But we are not going to move the goalposts to suit an agenda. Our petition closes on 26 October, as planned. We will stand by that deadline.
💜 A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who has signed and shared our petition, including the @ACLobby , @genspect , @lgballiance_aus , @OneNationTas , and the many other organisations, medical and legal experts, parents, teachers, politicians and Tasmanians who have supported this call.
A special thank you to @fergusonmichael , our parliamentary sponsor, for supporting the petition.
Four thousand signatures in just two weeks sends a clear message: Tasmanians want this legislation properly examined before it goes any further.
Now it is up to Premier @jeremyrockliff to step forward and support a full parliamentary inquiry into conversion practices, including the opportunity for people with relevant experiences to give confidential, in-camera testimony.
Legislation should be based on evidence, not assumptions or political pressure. We should not pass flawed laws hoping to patch the problems later, after the damage has been done. Good legislation must be built on sound foundations, with proper scrutiny, consultation and consideration of the consequences.
Evidence-based policy should be the standard we strive for. The wellbeing of children, families and the wider Tasmanian community deserves nothing less.
💜 Once again, thank you to every person who has helped us reach this milestone. Your support matters, and every signature counts.
