@Brano1979 @MightyMillers20 100% but, we've had that many poor decisions over the last 3yr, I dont mind this structure change or taking our time.

But communication is poor, we need proactive social media team getting progress updates out there rather than silence, plenty of content to fill the gaps

Cant convince a guy that has previously worked for him, to come back and do it again.

@twinj1986 They both (TS and SM) said on the website interview SM has a bugget and control football decisions and can spend that budget how he see fit.

Also it doesnt say we can't afford him, its say we cant agree.

Whos to say SM isnt the one saying Im not paying you that?

SM might not be happy with what the guy wanted.

Or TS said no and SM doesn't have control and if thats the case SM will be gone before a ball is kicked.

If the what we were told on SM's appointment is 100% true then he has faild to get his first choice or doesnt want to pay what the guy wants.

If what we were told isnt true then SM leaves soon.

But if hes given SM a budget that SM has agreed work with dont think you can blame TS for not getting this deal over the line.

But it will become aparent quite quickly if SM has this budget and control IMO
