🍚 Rice!
A staple in so many communities across Sierra Leone.
Last year, 420 women from our NOW 3 program planted 168 bushels of rice across their communities, and harvested 1,050 cups & each participant has now been trained in sustainable agricultural practices 🌾
Teamwork, laughter, big ideas & a little too much food ✨ Our 2025 staff retreat was just what we needed to recharge and reconnect! 💛 #Teamwork#Community

A barray is more than just a meeting space. For One Village Partners, it is the heartbeat of community leadership. Its a place where ideas are debated, decisions are shaped, and voices that are too often unheard become heard.
At One Village Partners, our role isn’t to “give a fish” or even “teach to fish”, it’s to walk alongside communities as they strengthen their own leadership, resilience, and vision for their future.

All we did, thanks to your support, was help sharpen the skills they already had. This is why community-led development works 💛
Sometimes the most important conversations happen outside the office.
For us, it’s not just about collecting data. It’s about listening, honoring each story, and making sure that every outcome is shaped by the people at the heart of our work
