While @FedEx was absolutely no help yesterday, I have to give credit when credit is due. Customer service reached back out and asked for the video of the delivery attempt to correct the issue.
Bad form @FedEx. Driver reads the "Please knock" sign. Rings the doorbell that is being replaced. Leaves a tag and says nobody was home. Side note is the @googlenest camera works very well and it's clear as day. You can see the guy mouthing the words on the sign.
@FedExHelp I already spoke to customer service on the phone and was told they will "note it" and that it would "not happen again." That's no help. Hundreds of dollars of wine are going to sit in a hot truck for another 24 hours because your driver didn't want to knock.
Last night, my semi-canadian friend referred to a glory hole as a "wall peep," and I can no longer refer to said phallic surprise opening as anything other than that.
...we were looking for a little one. A Baxter of sorts. Unsure of what was going to develop we left all options open. We were offered 4 visits that day. #4 was a stretch. He was an outside thought. Perhaps he wasn't as bad as his sticker indicated...
A little under 13 years ago I went to a Humane Society after my buddy Jim's wedding. If you are still reading and judging spelling and grammar...f off...back to the puppies...
@DPG0110 Dude! What do you mean its part of the job? Youre not saying what I think youre saying are you? Next youre gonna say that the Easter Bunny isn't real either...
@DPG0110 Had a lady at a sporting venue ask for a tip in a very similar set up. She was standing there making sure people didnt steal anything. I grabbed the beer, I scanned it, I ran the card. She points at the screen asking for a tip. I selected 0%. She wasn't happy.
