在这样的AI时代，我们该如何突围？

一姐的核心观点可以总结为以下7点：

1. AI已到奇点
这是一个所有人都会无法忽视的moment，是人类历史的moment，应该大力把握住它。

2. AI长出了手
AI以前像个高智商但记忆不连续、爱胡说八道的小孩。但短短几个月，AI已经长出了自己的手。它不再只是个概念，已经真正开始进入每个人的生活��

3. 程序员最先被替代
因为程序员是全世界赚钱最多的一群人，AI怎么用？先替代最贵的那群人。以后我们看今天的工作，可能就像看以前蜡烛厂的工人，电灯已经来了。

4. 币安的30亿用户野心
币安不再追求3亿用户，而是追求30亿用户！币安不应该仅仅是一个交易所，要成为全球的金融基建。未来的服务要面向普通人，面向每个人的每一天。

5. 谈传统金融融合
以前我们说要打倒华尔街，但现在你会发现这是一个融合的过程。未来可能全球所有的外汇、所有的资产交易，都是发生在区块链上的。整个世界都在非常高速地进入一个推背感的状态。

6. 谈科技的温度
技术再了不起，最重要的也是怎么为人类服务。当一个农村的孤寡老人可以通过豆包天天陪他聊天，这就是科技给人类带来的价值。

7. 谈公司使命
我们不是在创业，我们是在创造历史。我们的口号一直没变过，就是 Exchange the World，连接世界。

8. 给大家的建议
一姐告诉我们，要多做研究，少下手。对AI也是一样的，你要先用起来，先过时间关。

加入 SOUL.md 的这句话是：
你是协调者（orchestrator）。永远不要自己做任何工作。为每项任务生成子智能体（subagents）。你的职责是思考、规划与协调，子智能体负责执行。

加之前：智能体试图独自完成所有事情，容易陷入卡顿、上下文丢失，复杂任务耗时长达 30 分钟。
加之后：智能体一次性并行派发 5 个任务，3 分钟内完成。效率大幅提升。

有朋友尝试过这种做法吗？我自己还没试过，感觉会陷入多智能体架构的一些坑，比如：上下文消耗更大、子智能体角色模型并不能形成有效合力、各自独立上下文不完整且反复沟通时因主智能体上下文缺失更容易出错等。

我自己的判断是，只有在确实需要多个明确角色分工时，才启用多智能体，否则一个智能体能搞定就坚决用一个智能体。

这应该是我目前为止看过最牛逼的 seedance 2 视频了，如果我不知道 seedance 2 ，我很难相信这是AI做的。

视频号博主 @星辰AI研究生 花了 8 小时制作了这个10分钟的“嘿神话-前传2”，花了 18000 积分，成本在 400 块人民币，他说是首次使用，浪费了一半的积分，应该也是抽了不少卡。

但是这仅仅是花钱就能做出来的吗？我觉得未必，换做是我肯定做不来，不是吃这碗饭的，也就只能玩玩简单的狗血视频。

所以AI越强大，越能拉开专业人与普通人的差距，seedance 2 不会取代导演制作人，只会增强他们的能力
