Whoa!! I’m sorry but it is NOT FAIR to guilt trip teachers like this! How about a PM who forces teachers into a choice between teaching and their own welfare?! Children’s education has often been disrupted - wars, bushfires, illness etc. Ok have the convo but don’t guilt trip

Is there a conversation with the teacher before you enter the room? If not, I would argue that your observation is unreliable and dangerous for assessing the quality of teaching.
