CSI baseball loses its season opener 5-4 against No. 23 Pima Community College.

Freshman Crew Secrist had a two-run triple to open the scoring for CSI. Colorado Mesa commit Jack Barker (@JackBarker1014) was 2-2 from the plate with an RBI. Kason O'Neil (@OneilKason) hit his first collegiate home run on a solo shot in the 8th.

Golden Eagles are back in action Saturday for two games against Pima.
