Minors, such as #CelesteRivasHernandez can not just travel to London without consent. Here are the laws in the UK about minors traveling with an adult that is not their parent (US citizens do need an ETA/Visa to travel to or through the UK):

You’ll need to show that your parent or guardian consents to your travel and accommodation arrangements.

If you do have to apply for a Standard Visitor visa, you’ll need to identify the adult travelling with you in your visa application.

If the person you’re travelling with is not your parent, you’ll need to provide specific information about them in your application.

Prosecutors allege that #D4vd killed Celeste Rivas Hernandez on April 23, 2025, or shortly thereafter.

On April 24, a party was held in his honor at #100Thieves in Culver City, CA. Neo, Aysia, and members of his management team were present. While they have all scrubbed these from the internet, artifacts still remain.

Just hours after killing Celeste, #D4vd is partying without a care in the world.

Where was Celeste’s body during this time?

Based on the timeline, I do not believe David was alone for more than brief periods between April 23 and April 25. Those days included the Coachella wind-down, the release of his Withered album, pre-sales launching, and a release party in his honor, then flying to NYC for a Bandlab event. He was at a peak moment in his career. Management, publicists, and others in his orbit were all present. The starfu##er friends were all around.

It is difficult to believe that no one knew anything about Celeste.

Immunity may protect someone legally, but it does not shield them from public perception, especially if information was not brought forward immediately.

This is a timeline I’ve put together covering the period just before it is alleged that David Anthony Burke (#D4vd) killed Celeste Rivas Hernandez (#CelesteRivasHernandez ) through the time shortly after it is alleged that he dismembered her body.

The timeline is based on recovered and deleted social media posts as well as confirmed public media appearances. It will continue to be updated as additional data is compiled. It can be viewed at the link below, and I have also attached several screenshots from the timeline.

The sequence appears to show a surge of activity immediately after the alleged murder, followed by a period of relative silence in the days leading up to the alleged dismemberment. On the date it is alleged the dismemberment occurred, May 5, 2025, a social media post places him in downtown Los Angeles around 11 PM.

One of the most significant unanswered questions is: where was Celeste’s body between April 23 and May 5?

The timeline shows that he traveled to New York on April 24. Within a single day, he would have had to place her body somewhere he later returned to nearly two weeks later, on May 5.

On May 5 (Cinco de Mayo), he posted from downtown Los Angeles. A Chow Mein truck visible in the background can be independently confirmed to have been operating in that area on that date.

Photographic evidence shows that David and Celeste spent time in downtown earlier in the year.

Is there a connection between downtown Los Angeles and the murder, and storage of the body of Celeste Rivas Hernandez?
