I’m on a Hajj group with 400-500 UK pilgrims, they decided to pay for different flights out of their own pocket, after paying for everything with @Motawif_SA , just to make this journey of Hajj. May Allah make it easy for them.

@Motawif_SA didn’t even try and aid these helpless pilgrims stranded at the airport, instead our brothers from @cbhuk and local volunteers spent their time at the airport to find ways to get the Hujjaj on flights.

In the end, all I have to say is @Motawif_SA please take responsibility and I urge you sincerely please make way for the Hujjaj who have already paid. If not, please update us for a full refund. Peoples life savings are hanging in the balance.
