@OntheBeachUK over 60 days now since I was left stranded at the airport and left to pay £181 for a taxi and I still haven't had a response or explanation despite contacting you several times by email and social media. Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!!

@OntheBeachUK For anyone considering booking holidays with this company…Don’t book holidays with @OntheBeachUK or any of its affiliated companies! Zero customer service. By far the worst company to book holidays through. You just have to read comments on their posts to see how poor they are!
