@wizzair We have already submitted a complaint as your agents kept dropping the calls, denying us a refund. It's also abhorrent that you charge a premium fee for a customer service line and offer no alternative. Now we have to wait for the payment to go through before bank helps.
@wizzair we forgot to click cancellation protection when booking, contacted your customer services an hour later, they hung up the call twice whilst 'calculating' refund. You expect us to pay a ยฃ100+ cancellation fee. You are withholding our money.
