A U.S. delegation that included Elizabeth Esty, former U.S. Representative from Connecticut, participated in receiving and welcoming Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Irro) and his delegation during their official visit to Israel.

The U.S. delegation, composed of legal advisors and senior officials visiting Jerusalem, joined meetings and engagements held during the Somaliland delegation’s visit.

President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Irro), Somaliland’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, and members of the Somaliland delegation were welcomed by American lawyers and U.S. representatives, including Elizabeth Esty, who were present in Israel as part of a visiting U.S. delegation.

The engagement is expected to pave the way for future trilateral discussions involving Somaliland, the United States, and Israel on areas of mutual interest and cooperation.
