Also banned me from using PayPal on my account because I’d claim for refunds via their buyer protection when JustEat refused. Don’t use

@JustEatUK hi, how do I go about getting a refund on an order that never arrived? I tried through the app and got refused.
I got someone else's order instead and sent it back with the courier, but I never got mine and had to reorder so im out to the value of my order.
