@moultano I think we're just learning that a lot of people have extremely low agency.
>Pick up instead of delivery

Can you do.....anything?
@Polticalvagrant@GubbaHomestead Does it have that effect on you?
I think going to space makes many people feel closer to God. Especially on Artemis, where the pilot was explicitly talking about Christ, salvation, and God's creation on livestream.
I don't know how it would make someone feel separated from God
@GubbaHomestead The pictures of Earth have the same clouds because they were taken minutes apart. It's the moonlit side of Earth and the difference in lighting is because of shutter speed.
@ClayTravis A lot of people in these comments that have calcified pineal glands and are incapable of experiencing awe.
Many such cases! Room temperature IQs abound!
@PaulTassi@Forbes I think this is a primary driver of why so may viewers get frustrated with the pace of the show. It's not that they have "Tik Tok brain".
A slow burn is more tolerable when you know the next season will be out within a year. Less so if you know it's going to be several years.
The required takeaway from the genetic differences video is that your enemies do not use words the way that you do. They are not instruments for conveying meaning. They do not illuminate a mapping from mental concepts to physical reality
They are spells, provided to them by wizards. The purpose of the spells is to make you do what they want. You may believe that you are having a conversation, but they know they are in a spell-casting contest. And their ignorance of everything that is real provides them with absolute immunity to your spells
There are millions of spell-casters out there. I am not on Twitter to talk to these people, who cannot be reasoned with or bargained with any more than the TV can hear you. I am here to find others who understand the situation for what it is
Words will never get us out of this. There is only one way we are ever going to take the country and the world back from spell-casters. Every day we spend casting our impotent spells at them is another day they further consolidate their power
@RossMartinNC The Masters having a phone ban is so great.
Are we really at the point where you can't go out in public without the risk of getting flogged online without your knowledge? For wearing completely normal attire to a golf tournament?
@oldbooksguy People's beliefs are mostly shaped by their personal experience (we use "logic" to rationalize the beliefs after the fact).
A story is closer to simulating someone else's personal experience than a logical argument is.
@hvsperus@LinkofSunshine They are not, that's not what I'm saying. Take the 22 million pills. Add up the amount of fentanyl in them. Divide that by the lethal dose. Get 122 million.
That's why I said seizing 22 million pills with enough fentanyl to kill 119 million is a better way of wording it.
