Over the last two weeks, I requested a $2,200 payout, which was rejected because ACG said I had exceeded the 1% risk limit.

In that case, I acknowledge that I did exceed 1% and I accepted the violation.

But today's situation is completely different On Thursday, I requested a $3,600 payout.

This time, I made absolutely sure I stayed within the 1% risk requirement. I also made sure I wasn't trading during news because I wanted to comply with the rules and finally receive my payout.

Today, the payout was rejected again but this time for an alleged CID/device violation involving multiple ACG accounts.

@21stdv I can tell you people are becoming profitable, j started trading over 5years ago, and i have been with ACG since 2024 i have gotten small payput but this would have been my highest pay ever since i started trading, spent over 7k in challenge fee but they are refusing to pay 3600

According to his post, the previous $2,200 payout was rejected for exceeding the risk limit — which he accepted.

This time, he says the rejection was based on an alleged CID/device violation involving multiple ACG accounts.

Ok I am convinced that these CID bans are 50 percent legit bans 50 percent bullshit fraud. The fact multiple firms are doing it at the same time and the same users despite having accounts at each firm aren’t being hit makes me believe there’s a dodgy consultant in the background.

If you have a risk consultant in your presence who is being paid on % saved, reconsider it.

@AlphaCapitalUK — $11,000 PAYOUT DENIED

1/ I have been a trader for 5 years. I have held maximum allocations with @FTMO_com and @fundingpips , alongside other prop firms, with more than $1.3M in total funded allocation.

2/ I passed Alpha Capital Group’s evaluation and received a $100k Qualified/Funded account. I traded it personally for 15 days, exclusively from my iPhone, before requesting an $11,000 payout at the advertised 80% split.

3/ On 16 September 2026, Alpha refused the payout and permanently banned my accounts and dashboard access. Their stated reason: their CID/device-identification system allegedly linked three devices associated with my account to another user, “Leo”, whom I do not know.

4/ Alpha has not alleged that Leo placed, copied, amended or closed any trade on my account. I have formally requested the relevant timestamps, IP addresses, session logs and technical evidence. As of 24 September 2026, I have received no substantive response.

5/ Four days before the payout request, I also joined Alpha’s affiliate programme. My content generated approximately $2,000 in account sales through my code, representing $200 in expected commission at the agreed 10% rate. Following the ban, I no longer have access to the affiliate dashboard or these records.

6/ I had also promoted a 3 × $50k Alpha giveaway. I was informed that winner selection is made by the influencer rather than through an independently random draw. In light of the termination, I ask Alpha to clarify publicly how this giveaway will now be handled.

7/ I am sharing documented facts, not making accusations. I remain ready to cooperate with a genuine technical review and will update this thread if Alpha provides the evidence requested.

Bonus: I'd already had problems with them last year regarding denied payouts, but I decided to give them another chance—a decision I now regret...

@AlphaCapitalUK permanently banned me, claiming your CID/device tracking system detected that devices used for my MT5 account were also used by 3 other ACG users.

I want to make this absolutely clear: I have NEVER accessed, managed, traded or shared any of these accounts. I do not know these people and I have never used anyone else’s ACG account.

I trade ONLY my own account, from my own mobile phone. I have used the same email address for years and I recently completed my KYC verification.

I also downloaded MT5 through the App Store using the same Apple/App Store account and email address connected to my ACG account.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I recently spent around $400 on another account, passed Phase 1 and Phase 2, and requested another payout. I have had $40K+ in payouts, while around $20K in recent payout requests were denied. I accepted those previous decisions because I understood they were related to my own trading mistakes, including news-related trading.

But accusing me of using other people’s accounts or manipulating evaluations is completely different — and it is simply NOT TRUE.

I am completely open to a FACE CALL with ACG and will provide any verification necessary to prove that I am the person trading my account. I have nothing to hide.

If your decision is based on device matching, I want a proper manual investigation and an explanation of the actual login times, IP addresses, locations and evidence showing that I personally accessed these other accounts.

What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I have always been satisfied with Alpha Capital Group. Whenever I spoke with other traders, I recommended ACG because I genuinely had a good experience with the company and believed everything was going well.

I supported ACG and recommended the company to other traders because of my positive experience. That’s why being permanently banned now over something I have never done is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

@AlphaCapitalUK please contact me directly. Nobody is responding to my emails. I am asking for one thing: a fair manual review, clear evidence and a direct conversation.

I am ready for a face call and ready to prove that I have done nothing wrong.
