To me, marketing and sales exists on a broad spectrum. I don’t see it as a single job, but as a range of operating modes.
At one end, my work is about generating genuine interest in a solid, functional product that solves real problems. When I have a strong product in my hands, my job is relatively straightforward; I simply highlight the truth and let the value do the heavy lifting for me.
Further along the spectrum, my role shifts toward emphasis. I focus on a product's strongest selling points to spark interest, even if the offering has limitations or isn't the perfect fit for everyone. Here, I’m an editor, choosing which parts of the story deserve the most spotlight.
At the far end, I know that as a highly skilled marketer, I can create demand for almost anything.
By expertly selecting and amplifying what appeals most to a target audience, and by aligning my message with people's deepest desires or fears, I can reframe almost any downside.
This is where that classic, controversial idea comes from:
“A truly great marketer can sell anything.”
But for me, there is a vital distinction:
Just because I can sell nearly anything doesn’t mean I should sell everything.
I’ve learned that effectiveness does not equal ethics. I consciously choose to work with products and companies where the core value is defensible.
I do this because I know my long-term success, my reputation, and my own personal satisfaction depend on a genuine alignment between what I promise and what the product delivers.
My Philosophy:
• Weak products + elite marketing = Short-term wins, but long-term headaches.
• Strong products + good marketing = Sustainable, healthy growth.
• Elite marketing + wise product selection = True power and career longevity.
For me, the spectrum isn’t just a measure of my skill it’s a map of where I decide to operate.

If Only You Knew the Road to This Gown…
I walked into FUTO not fully understanding my left from my right — just a boy trying to figure life out.
Year One came with faces that became family: @Crypt_Therapist (my day1), BOLU, IYCEE, Jefferson, TOLANI, EMMA, KOSI…
So 4 days to @EFDevcon
And I have my visa but no means of getting there…
So I’m deciding to not give up, but fight 😅
Let’s see if I can get a team a community or a Good Samaritan to sponsor my trip
This would be the greatest miracle of the year for me if it happens
Cause how do i plan to get sponsor for flight and accommodation in less than 4 days ?
But I choose to fight, this is me fighting
Would appreciate your support please tag every team, founder, community that could be of help
Trying to write my ROAD TO DEVCON STORY
but I need to find the most important piece

Just spent time digging into @worldofwomenxyz tokenomics and I’m impressed.
–>75% of supply goes straight to creators and holders.

No VC allocations, no pre-sales, fully community aligned.
This is how Web3 should reward real builders.

Omnichain liquidity is wild pulled from ARB & BSC without thinking.
Referral link’s printing Xeet points too. Binance backed, not sketchy.
