@AnthemBCBS Yesterday on the 3 way call with my primary, anthem rep tried to convince the primary rep that the primary office was not contracted with anthem ever. Primary rep said straight up that's not true. I was assigned that primary from anthem. It's on my ID card

@AnthemBCBS I have had several doctors cancel appointments on me now because Anthem back dated changed my coverage to a different medical group. So all the appointments I've had for the past 8 months they're trying to make me pay. These are all approved referrals from Anthem. Explain that
