Einstein immediately realized the brilliance of the idea. He personally translated Bose’s paper into German and expanded the theory further. Together, their work became what we now call Bose–Einstein statistics — the foundation for an entire family of particles known as bosons.

Taking cognizance of the petition filed by the Legal Rights Protection Forum @lawinforce, the National Human Rights Commission, through its Bench presided over by Hon’ble Member Shri Priyank Kanoongo @kanoongopriyank has issued notice to the Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India @GoI_MeitY.

The Commission has directed that the issues raised in the complaint be inquired into and an Action Taken Report (ATR) be submitted within two weeks for its consideration.

LRPF’s complaint raised concerns regarding inadequate age-assurance and child-safety safeguards on @Meta’s @facebook and @instagram platforms, particularly in relation to underage access, exposure to harmful content, behavioural profiling, algorithmic amplification, engagement optimisation and processing of children’s personal data.

The complaint also drew attention to serious allegations arising from U.S. litigation against Meta, including testimony concerning an alleged “don’t ask, don’t tell” approach towards users below 13 years of age, raising concerns that commercial growth and user engagement may have been prioritised over child safety.

We further raised concerns regarding the compliance of Meta’s data-processing practices with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, particularly the statutory safeguards applicable to children’s personal data, and sought stronger child-safety-by-design, age-assurance and data-protection mechanisms to safeguard children in the digital environment.
