Total middle class hole: Pimlico town house, City of London School, Chapel Royal chorister, Cambridge (I think).

I’m English: gentlemen like Charlie are shining beacons for us where speech is ever more suppressed.

Life can be trying. Months living out of suitcases. Yet I was taught by the best and remember their lessons.

Thank you, @joenutt_author for showing me as your pupil why we read and write. Literature is beyond value. We endure. I try to pass it on, especially to my daughter.
