Israel is moving HARD to the right.
None of the leftist candidates have the courage to claim they’re tied to the loser left any longer.
Amazing what a solid wartime showing by Bibi and unexpected financial brilliance from Smotrich can do for perceptions.
1. “Autocratic Theocracy is what ignorant atheists say when they can’t imagine a monarchy (eg. UK) that ensures rights for all citizens
2. Palestinian serfs is what ignorant leftists say when they’re desperate to evoke sympathy for those who will not be citizens of Israel once the monarchy is established.
3. Collapsed economy? Distant High-Tech? LOL. What exactly are you envisioning? The nation that invented high tech isn’t going to give up our innovation lead. We found massive offshore gas reserves. Once we get back Sinai, we will have oil fields again. And if Egypt takes a knee and keeps Sinai, we will have a pipeline running across southern Israel leading to the Mediterranean via Ashdod.
Let me make it very simple…
Just because the leftists and their elitism is left in the dustbin of history doesn’t mean the nation isn’t going to prosper. The hallmarks of the greater Israel will be justice and prosperity, rather than the chillul Hashem of an unelected judiciary Israel currently endured.
You have a PhD. Are you really this ignorant of where Israel is going once we cross 50% of global Jewry in 2030?
@Ilantoren0@EylonALevy You think someone elected the Sanhedrin? Or that the Sanhedrin took into account what the majority of people wanted?
Where are you getting this from?
@Ilantoren0@EylonALevy Democracy comes from the Greeks. Chanukah was a war waged against those same Hellenists.
I hear what you’re saying. But you have to understand that he’s advocating for a Torah way of life for Jews.
And the reason he’s right is that nothing else is going to work.
What's fascinating is that Song of Songs has been used for 2,000 years by rabbis to justify not returning to Eretz Yisrael.
The Shalosh HaShevuot were debated for years as either Halacha or midrash.
And, since you want to see something fresh in Judaism, here's a fresh take: Shalosh HaShevuot was neither. It was pure nevuah.
When you reread Shalosh HaShevuot as prophecy, it becomes crystal clear that we're living through a fulfilled prophecy that was only made part of canon at the last minute because Rabbi Akiva knew it was holy of holies.

The systematic efforts of the leftists and groypers to overlook Sephardic and Temini Jews in favor of exclusive assaults on Ashkehazi Jews would be the most offensive and racist diatribe of all times if anyone believed for a second that the leftists and groypers knew such Jews existed.
You're cherry picking. Yes, we need to change things - like writing down the oral law or limiting the number of wives - but we will not change the mercy, the justice and the acknowldgment that the Torah of Moses is true and His prophets are true.
We see far too many prophecies coming true to deny anything in the Torah at this point. As it is the blueprint of the universe, our ability to create (we are in the image of HKBH) means that we can shape halacha a bit. But we do not need to break it. The world doesn't need a new Torah.
The sickness of exile permeates their souls. They cling by their fingernails to the Shalosh Shavuot of Shir HaShirim and their grasp is slipping.
They will be proven wrong. They will find out that HKBH wants Jews in Israel. What's tragic is that the way they'll find out will shock them to their core.
The faster we stop using the Holocaust to justify Israel's existence...
The faster we expel the exile that infected us...
The faster we stop glamorizing the ghettos we were forced into...
The faster we understand that we are home, exactly as the prophets foretold, and that we are under God's protection alone...
The faster we can reach a new era where we and the whole world benefits.

Baruch Hashem! She's doing well and we've been blessed to have so many of our communities sons in Lebanon returning home every third or fourth Shabbos and they look well.
Let's win the war against Hezbollah. Nobody is marching for them. No flotillas are coming to call attention to them. Very little Iranian aid is sneaking through for them.
Let's defeat Hezbollah and never again have to send our sons and daughters north to fight those jihadist scum.
Exile has been brutal to the Jewish psyche in so many ways.
I can't say anything about the Satmar because I have nothing good to say.
As for the remainder of American Jewry, they are living in Gashmius Ghettos that would impress their grandmothers with their opulence and political clout.
But their grandparents would be shocked that they don't see the writing on the walls and that raising children in Israel away from the powerful forces of assimilation is where they'll find continuity.
It's a dysfunctional relationship that requires both sides to step back and appreciate where we are.
Israel is not and should never again be dependent on who wins the electoral college in the U.S.
America should never again dictate to its allies what they can and can't do to defend themselves.
We're entering a new era where Israel has meaningful regional alliances and the financial and military strength to stand on its own. We are getting past the "ugly teenager" years and are become an adult nation and the faster we and any US president embraces it, the smoother it will be for all involved.
The world needs a strong America.
The middle east needs a strong Israel.
The Kahanists are the future of Israel and it scares the poor Tel Aviv leftists senseless.
Look at the politicians in Israel running for PM. None of them wants to claim to be “left” any longer. Why?
Because leftism in Israel is a loser.
Israel is not and will never be a nation celebrated by Jew hating EU countries over run by jihadist refugees. The mentality of the leftist is that this is heartbreaking because EU acceptance is the gold standard.
Israel is not and will never be a nation that doesn’t acknowledge God. There are no atheists in foxholes and we will continue to endure wars until the leftists in Tel Aviv acknowledge that God wants us to defeat our enemies.
Israel is not and will never be a desolate, secular wasteland. We will thank God for our simchas. And our beautiful land. And many things yet to come and those that turn up their nose at “thanking God” will find themselves more and more in the minority.
Smotrich has done a phenomenal job as Finance Minister and has guided the Israel economy through wars that would have left too many Finance Ministers crying under their desks.
I DO NOT CARE WHAT EXILE ASSIMILATION JEWS THINK AND I DON’T CARE WHAT THE EU THINKS.
I am a proud Jewish Israeli and I’ve seen too much Jewish blood spilled defending this land to turn it over to any enemy, Muslim, Christian or Jewish.
