Ever heard of PIT (Polynomial Identity Testing)?
Can you tell if an algebraic formula is always zero without expanding it?
I wrote a short explainer using Read-Once Formulas. Here's what I learned 🧵

I finished episode 3 of Adolescence and I knew I had witnessed some extraordinary cinema. Just to validate if it’s just me or a wider feeling, I went to ask ChatGPT. I am not alone 🙂
Writing a script to import subscriptions from Razorpay into CiviCRM as recurring contributions...for days now!
When it's done, it is going to be a part of our Civi Razorpay extension https://t.co/oEVg0qAQE6
I hope today's the lucky night!
@renewinbound Well, I cannot complain.
This is our first project with CiviCRM project and I had not thought that I'd be writing a payment processor from scratch.
Bit intimidating at the start but it's not that bad.
Hoping to complete a CiviCRM extension that will provide Razorpay payment processor for accepting contributions from your donors!
The existing solution is in really bad shape (as you can guess from here – https://t.co/NAV4CFp7jM)
However, Razorpay uses a redirect-based checkout process where it handles the payment interface. RP can collect card details, UPI info, net banking, and more, within its own secure environment. Therefore, we don’t want CiviCRM to handle any card details directly.
@wp_rocket The other option is to just disable the plugin but it's a bit scary because of the modification, and combining, WP Rocket does on scripts/css that may even break the site.
@wp_rocket Is there some script to bypass this so that at least the site performance is not downgraded?
Think: a small code that can go into the theme's functions.php
I love movies that have espionage, history, politics, diplomacy, and/or military operations that are realistic and gripping. Some that I recently watched and enjoyed:
1. The Covenant (Guy Ritchie’s)
2. Eye in the Sky
3. The ~Torture~ Report
4. Charlie Wilson's War
Suddenly an old computer science quote crossed my mind. Asked ChatGPT to get the exact quote:
“There are only two hard things in computer science: cache invalidation and naming things.”
IDK why I then asked CGPT to give modern variants of this quote. The ones I really liked:
