Bill Ripken’s 1989 Fleer bat knob still makes me smile. He just wrote “F*ck Face” to tell his bats apart in the rack. Honest mistake that turned into one of the most talked-about error cards ever. Collectors still hunt the clean ones for the story alone. 😉 Always appreciate the stories behind the error cards. Share some here if have ‘em.

Still think about those early-90s multi-sport sets and how many kids pulled an A-Rod or Webber without realizing what they had. Population reports on the Classic Four Sport rookies feel under-discussed compared to the pure baseball ones. Anyone still chasing those? 👀
