🇺🇸 Donald Trump wrote on his Truth Social that no Republican has ever spoken to him about Cuba.
So what exactly has @MaElviraSalazar been claiming all these years? 🤔
South Floridians deserve better than cheap political theater.
DeSantis & the Republican Party celebrated Alligator Alcatraz. They sold merchandise & fundraised off of it. Took selfies in front of it. They stole almost $700M to build it and gave the money to their donors. Lied about being reimbursed.
One of the biggest cons in Fl history.

Florida has a surprisingly clear constitutional amendment, passed in 2010 by 62.9% of voters, that prohibits redistricting with the intent to favor or disfavor incumbents or political parties
It’s hard to get around that —absent novel rulings from SCOTUS of FL supremes
More judicial shenanigans in Florida.
A Tallahassee judge filed for reelection this year.
But faced with a well-funded opponent, she now says she's resigning her seat — in December.
That voids the election and allows DeSantis to choose her replacement.

Let’s be crystal clear: Trump didn’t FIRE Noem ‘cause she gutted FEMA or ‘cause she created chaos in our communities or ‘cause Americans were murdered or ‘cause she called Americans domestic terrorists or ‘cause she wasted MILLIONS. She was FIRED because she embarrassed him.
Hialeah Mayor @bryancalvoesq threatens filmmakers with a SLAPP suit for setting their movie The Rip about a drug deal in neighboring Miami Lakes in Hialeah instead.
Youngest mayor in city history trying to cancel the First Amendment in under one month.

The Leopards Eating Faces Party is expanding to whole bodies for this Cuban MAGA enthusiast in Miami.
His Trump tattoo turned into a Bull's Eye.

I think I just created a video dictionary definition for "a hit dog hollers" at the City of Miami commission meeting.
Going to miss ol' Commissioner Communista @JoeCarolloNow.
Not really.
Out with the old and in with the new.
HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to the new Miami Mayor Eileen Higgins!
She won in a landslide!
Also, congratulations to Rolando Escalona, who defeated the Carollo Crime family, ending their four-decade reign of terror in Miami politics.
This wasn't an election; it was an evolution.
She's Miami's first Democratic Mayor in 30 years. The photo on the left is from the first time I interviewed her in May 2018, when she first ran for public office. Even then, I believed she was destined for something greater. I'm glad Miami will have a new Mayor ready to sweep out the old ways.
DEATH OF A DYNASTY: That's Little Havana/Ball & Chain business owner Bill Fuller on the right embracing newly elected Miami Commissioner for District 3 Rolando Escalona — who defeated the Carollo Dynasty tonight, winning over 53% of the vote over Joe Carollo's little brother Frank.
Fuller and his business partner Martin Pinilla spent 8 years and millions of dollars fighting city hall to win a $63.5 million judgment against Joe for violating their Constitutional rights for political retaliation and are going to trial in February in a weaponization of government lawsuit that could bankrupt the City of Miami.
Frank Carollo served as D3 commish from 2009-2017, followed by Joe from 2017-2025, and was tag team running for his old job back. Adios amigo. No more Carollos, no more Suarezes, no more Diaz de la Portillas. #BecauseMiami
Rest in peace, my dear friend Brian Przystup, whom you all know as @BiscayneBirdman, but whom I always knew first as my neighbor for seventeen years, a dog father, a Catholic, and a Miami Heat superfan long before everyone else noticed.
He was also a pilot, an accountant, a cancer survivor, and a true humanitarian. Brian dedicated himself to serving those less fortunate than himself when he wasn’t working hard for his many, many clients or working out. And always, his beloved Monty or Monty Jr. would be by his side.
Brian lived a charmed life most could only dream about, because of his kindness, empathy, and grace. I’m only sad for those of us who remain, because the world will be a less kind place without Brian.
Fly on, Biscayne Birdman. You will be missed by so many of us, but at peace in a better place above, with Monty by your side forever now.
Taking in Broadway, Books & the Arts hosted by Thea Goldman to preview the @MiamiBookFair at the main Books & Books with Tony winning producer Susan Rose and author Lisa P. Rosenberg.
Buried lede alert for Miami Dolphins fans this week. We don't have a nickelback on our roster and the Chargers are coming to town with their 3rd string RB and without their starting O-Line's tackles or center.
Expect to see 100 plays targeting the Fins nickelback & flats region.
NEW: '72 Dolphins players feel (muted) glee after Eagles/Bills lose& their record remains unmatched. And they lament Dolphins' continued struggles.
