If bleeding occurs repeatedly, see a doctor.
If there's heavy bleeding, see a doctor immediately.
When the bleeding stops;
Avoid blowing or picking the nose
Avoid straining or strenuous exercise
Avoid smoking
FIRST AID CARE FOR NOSEBLEEDS
Bleeding from the nose has several causes, including;
Trauma to the head or a blow to the nose (go to the hospital immediately)
Bleeding disorders (see a doctor)
Dry air
Nose picking
Forceful nose blowing
High blood pressure
3) Pinch the soft part of your nose (just below the bony bridge) firmly for 10–15 minutes.
4) If the bleeding continues after 20 minutes of continuous pressure, seek medical care.
5) If there's an ice block around, wrap it in a clean cloth and place it over the nose bridge.
