@RobinLennox I can’t seem to find your office yet I’m one of your constituents. I’ve emailed you with no response several weeks ago. Can you please advise where your office is? Thank You
@TorontoStar For 2 decades we have been advocating for equity & diversity. Province just ignores us and fines upwards of a Million of dollars, ( only the visible minorities) it’s very discouraging how many are uninformed. Only when it happens to YOU will you then listen. #discriminacion
@TorontoStar Since 2006 The province has gone on record suggesting all hair is the same! They do not recognize ethic hair in any curriculum in Ontario nor is it reflected through the scope of practice as of 2022. This isn’t News; it’s been our History. Clearly nothing changed.
NEWS is supposed to be "New" its in the name! This systemic discrimination from the Province has gone on for Years ( kept ALL the receipts since 2000) @MonteMcNaughton@ONtrainandstudy@CanadianPM
Province states: “There is no distinct trade of Barber in Ontario at this time”. Providing unapproved vocational programs require approval by the superintendent. How am I fined 250K but @ShearBrillianceBarberAcademy is not? @JustinTrudeau@fordnation@MonteMcNaughton
Dear MLTSD:You’re suppose to support apprenticeships support the skilled trades industry training and employment services in Ontario We have not been fairly treated since 1978, and we have proof-Sincerely Barbers of Ontario.Your silence is compliance @ONTatwork@JustinTrudeau
This sign is clearly offensive Province removed African Hair from the curriculum is just as offensive.Ministry removed a chapter on how to manage African Hair from Miladys text book in 1983-Why is this ok? @montemcnaughton@fordnation@JustinTrudeau@ONTatwork@ONtrainandstudy
