Good morning, Rose City. How did everyone sleep? Did anyone sleep?

[Onward Rose City Project @OnwardPortland]

Congratulations to @ThornsFC on yet another NWSL title. The players earned this. Despite all the noise.

Add another title for Soccer City, USA. As it should be. #baonpdx

Rain or shine, we supported and helped build the mighty PTFC into what it is today.

Today we state our intention with one simple and audacious goal: Make the Portland Timbers and Thorns supporter-owned teams.

@EyeMyke Hi Mike,
1) We think it's fixed. Moving fast, with limited technical res 2) A few Individuals worked with 107ist board and steering committees to get this from initial idea to public launch to seize the moment. They may or may not stay on for implementation. 1/2

[Onward Rose City Project @OnwardPortland]

@EyeMyke 2 cont.) That is why we didn't collect $ at this point. Not enough time to set up infrastructure, and didn't have a full team. Meetings this week with those who pitched in along the way or raised hand after our announcement. More to come. Let us know if you would like to help.

[Onward Rose City Project @OnwardPortland]

@fourcookies Thanks for letting us know. It should have gotten fixed over the weekend. Moving fast and missed it.

[Onward Rose City Project @OnwardPortland]

It appears there is strong interest. We already crashed the website. Stand by as we crank up the capacity.

So far, we have sold around 45 tickets for the @PDXRivetersSG section to support @ThornsFC for the #NWSL Championship, in just a few hours. Let's see if we can beat our total of 138 for Orlando in 2017! #BAONPDX #NWSL https://t.co/S1PFbONon2

@ryanongoing @PaulAtkinsonPDX @OnwardPortland I’m not involved in this particular effort, but I pledged bc I see it as a “aim for the moon, land amongst the stars” proposition. Best case : I’m wrong and it works. More reasonably: We end up with a minority stake. Worst case: We show future owners/sponsors how invested we are.

9 hours in and we’re at over $4 million pledged. If it could happen anywhere, it would happen here. #BuyPTFC #MPSell #MPOut #RCTID #BAONPDX #BecauseTheClubBelongsToUs
