Hello Sir/Madam,

The postal order, contactless receipt and application receipt for the renewal of my successful contactless 10 year passport renewal application were in the documents posted to the high commission.

However, I just discovered that I had forgotten to add the application form and appointment booking form as requested even though it’s contactless when I posted my documents.

Also paystack biometric payment did not sum up together as I have had to submit separate receipts of payment as requested by the customer service department on X Twitter and via phone call hotlines.

I am very worried that this might hinder the production of my passport.

Currently, I need to switch to a COS by November and will require a new passport as the one I had sent has expired today.

After payment for contactless, I received payment of receipt via Paystack in my email. However, my online biometric capturing done on the 9th of September 2026 after my contactless payment of $106was made is not reflecting in addition to the initial $230 applicant passport renewal fee. I am confused. I need to send these documents via post office as my passport will expire on 29th September, 2026.
