@voicedbycadye I also add in running my tongue in front of and behind my teeth and moving my lips in a circle. Not exactly sure if that one helps on the whole, but I find myself doing it after each sip when recording.

@voicedbycadye Hot/warm tea, all the way! I personally go for a watered down peppermint tea, but the main thing is that it's hot or at least warm. Room temperature or cold tea will only make the mouth clicks worse, but warm or hot tea both soothes your voice and can help with mouth clicks.
