@AmazonHelp am submitting a formal complaint regarding Order # 114-8853704-2645021.

My package, which cost $114.99, arrived approximately one month later than the promised delivery date.

During the delay, I contacted Amazon customer service and spoke with a supervisor. The supervisor explicitly stated that once the package was delivered, I would receive a full reimbursement. I have retained screenshots of this conversation.

After the package arrived, I contacted customer service as instructed. However, multiple representatives informed me that the supervisor's commitment was a mistake and refused to honor it. Several chats were closed without properly addressing my concern.

My complaint is not only about the shipping delay, but also about Amazon's failure to honor a commitment made by its supervisory staff. I relied on that promise and have documented evidence of it.

I request that Amazon review the attached evidence and either honor the reimbursement that was promised or provide a written explanation of why a commitment made by an Amazon supervisor is not being honored.

I would appreciate a response from a manager or escalation team authorized to resolve this matter.

Mardi matin nous étions dans les abris, bombardés par des missiles balistiques iraniens. Les images d'immeubles d'habitations détruits s'accumulaient. Le nombre de morts continuait de s'alourdir.

Le jour-même, en fin d'après-midi, nous étions à la plage pour "célébrer" le cessez-le-feu. Mercredi matin, mes filles étaient déjà de retour à l'école.

Les commerces ont rouvert. Les boites de nuit annoncent des dizaines de fêtes pour le weekend, qui commence ce jeudi.

Comme s'il ne s'est rien passé.
Sortir des abris, retourner à l'école, à la plage, au bureau, au restaurant, au sport.

Comme si.

Mais pas vraiment.
