@vanessayuenn I did when I started working for a team in CST while I was still in PST. My mornings were the only overlap with their EOD. It was a struggle but now I'm still waking up before 7m. You can try HumanCharger - it's pricey but amazing for jetlag etc.

And now the ticket submission wizard is an even worse fail: Choosing from Canada to US/International lands me on a form that requires receiver to have a Canadian postal code. Whhyyyyy 😭😭

@canadaposthelps I think it's time you invest in some proper QA to make sure your online forms work, especially if you're trying to reduce call volume. Your address forwarding form fails miserably - I had to go use a paper form at a Post office!!!

@katerryna Not very new though, many places have been providing this for years already - MEC for you-carry rentals, on-location/with delivery service rentals in Patagonia, Denali, etc.
