Basic hair intelligence for girls:
1. Braided wig is trash. It makes you look tacky
2. 5*5 frontal is better than full frontal.
3. Tfrontal is tacky.
4. You don’t need 26+ inches of bone straight if you do not own a car.
5. Pixie curls are a must-have.
6. 12-inch bob wig would stress the hell out of you.
7. 10” BS is a must-have.
8. You don’t need coloured hair if you don’t have enough black wigs.
9. 70k deep wave is a waste of money.
10. Basic wigs: 10”BS, 14”pixie curls, 16” fringe STW, 18”bouncy hair, quality Tiwa hair (not 35k), all black or neutral colour
Bonus: No matter how beautiful that blend hair is, DON'T buy it. I know they'll tell you it lasts better than human hair. It's economical, and all you need to do is maintenance. I repeat, DO NOT buy it❗❗❗
Braided wig is not trash. It’s all in the lace type and quality, installation and the braider. The same way normal wigs come as different quality, same as braided wigs. You should check out wigsbyopeks on IG for quality braided wigs💯

This reminds me of when I did my convocation, I told my parents not to bother coz it’s really not a big deal and if they insist, all they need to do is just buy biscuits and give to people. My father was so adamant that it’s a big celebration and must be celebrated. I already 🧵
My friend who didn’t show up for her own convocation yesterday has been regretting it since this morning. And I told her to go o! 😭😭😂😂
Although she had a valid reason not to, but it wasn't valid enough in my books to not have a way around and attend your own convocatin.
During my own convocation, they called my name twice for my faculty and departmental BGS awards and I wasn’t even there. I arrived late because I was busy trying to coordinate my mum and family — getting them into the school and finding their way to the hall. It still pains me till today. The stage I was supposed to climb three times, I only managed to climb once. I regret it everytime I remember.
The worst part was seeing the videos of them calling my name while everyone stood up cheering and shouting for me, but I wasn’t there. That hurt more than anything. I actually deleted those videos from my phone.
I ended up settling for just the general first-class award on stage. In fact, one of my two BGS awards is missing to this day because I couldn’t locate it backstage after the event.
If you have anyone graduating (or doing anything big like that) and they’re acting like they don’t need the ceremony, the pictures, the whole vibe — please force them. Drag them to take the pictures and experience everything. They’ll thank you later.
Moments like these are best lived in real time. You might not feel like it in the moment, but you’ll be so glad you showed up and participated.
In 2024, I wanted to donate blood for a family member and one of my elder brothers kept asking me if I’m sure I want to do it. It was so funny and weird, Shebii it’s just blood nah…Seeing this tweet makes it funnier now😂😂
So happy, that I can’t imagine how sad I would have been if it wasn’t celebrated like that. He was like how will my only daughter and last born graduate from a uni and it won’t be celebrated. Till today, that still remained one of the best memories of him I have
