Crews will have approximately 31 customers without power on 8/3 from 8am to 11am in the areas of Waverly Pkwy, Rustic Street and Harwell Hills to move the primary cable from one circuit to another.
Affected customers are being notified via Smarthub and IVR.
A suspect running from Opelika police struck and broke an OPS pole on the corner of Jeter Street and Raintree Street around 3:00AM. OPS Crews have been onsite since 4:00AM replacing the pole, damaged equipment, and powerlines to restore power.
