Nov 2009, 3days after I got home from school, I lost my dad. I just finished 100L then As the 1st child, my family responsibility was on me Things weren't rosy but I graduated. March 2016, 7mths after my Nysc, I fell sick and towards the end of the year I became totally paralyzed
road to ₦100m
esp for salary earners, this is your way out of poverty from 2026
go and start saving 10-20% of your monthly paycheck/earnings on your banks treasury bill (MMF) at 0.18% - 0.20% annually
let’s do 100k monthly savings on 0.18%
year 1: 1.2m x 0.18 = 1,416,000
year 2: 2.6m x 0.18 = 3,086,800
year 3: 4.2m x 0.18 = 5,058,500
year 4: 5.17m x 0.18 = 6,110,600
year 5: 7.3m x 0.18 = 8,626,500
year 6: 9.8m x 0.18 = 11,597,100
year 7: 12.7m x 0.18 = 15,100,500
year 8: 16.3m x 0.18 = 19,234,700
year 9: 20.4m x 0.18 = 24,112,900
year 10: 25.3m x 0.18 = 38,110,000
year 11: 39.3m x 0.18 = 46,385,800
year 12: 47.5m x 0.18 = 56,151,300
year 13: 57.3m x 0.18 = 67,674,500
year 14: 68.8m x 0.18 = 81,272,000
year 15: 82.4m x 0.18 = 101,384,900
it mustn’t be 100k monthly, do more if you can. if you can deposit 200k monthly, you will achieve 100m in just 7.5 years.
you can also increase your t-bills monthly savings if you get an increase in your salary too, building wealth is not rocket science, it’s just mindset.
buena suerte as you listen to sir chris 👍
They said I should subscribe for a blue tick to increase my visibility, so I did. Yet the last time I sold eggs or got any patronage here was over two years ago. I post, I advertise, I even beg, but still no sales.
Meanwhile, every 27th of the month, the landlord quietly collects his 7,600 subscription fee. Whether business comes or not, owo alaru a pe.
Oga ta, Oga o ta. Owo alaru a pe.
At this point, if I cancel the subscription, maybe all of us will finally rest. 😄😂

Goes to show they don't make all the $$$ they flaunt.
Amid the flood of felicitations following my convocation as Overall Best Graduating Student of LAUTECH, I find it necessary to address the stir around my NELFUND appreciation post. I accept the praise, life changing offers and the backlash, in good faith. Still, it is only fair to set the record straight.
I hail from a village in Osun State, raised in a modest family of five. I attended public primary and secondary schools, not by choice, but because even the most inexpensive private schools were beyond our means.
Even then, survival itself; food and clothing was a daily struggle. I walked miles to school each morning, while my parents laboured as jacks-of-all-trades to make ends meet.
For nine defining years before I entered university, we lived within sight of basic amenities yet beyond our reach, no electricity, no television; just lanterns and candles. Against these odds, I earned a scholarship and now this distinction.
In my third year, a coursemate’s father, someone I had once tutored academically, gifted me my first smartphone which I am still using till now. On several occasions, lecturers, moved by quiet compassion, provided me with clothing. There are many other instances, too numerous to recount.
So, I say this plainly, not all of us are born with a silver spoon. Some of us climbed the ladder by holding on to every rung of legitimate support we could find.
As an engineering student aspiring to make academic history, should I resort myself to blaming my family’s financial situation for my inability to afford fees and essentials like a reliable smartphone or laptop needed for skills and certifications?
For me personally, NELFUND was not incidental; it was instrumental and to acknowledge what helped one’s journey is neither propaganda nor misplaced allegiance. It is simply an act of appreciation.
Thank you @NELFUND and everyone that contributed to this success!
Greatness awaits all of Us.
If you're a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or aspiring Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst who wants to move from reporting dashboards to driving real supply chain decisions, read this:
Dashboards are not enough.
Modern supply chain teams promote analysts who can:
• Forecast demand under uncertainty
• Optimise inventory and release working capital
• Model cost-to-serve and margin impact
• Quantify supplier and operational risk
• Simulate stockouts and lost-sales exposure
• Design efficient distribution and network flows
Most analysts track KPIs.
Very few understand capital and operational impact.
So I built the >>Supply Chain Capital Intelligence Blueprint << to move you from metric reporting to operational decision intelligence.
A system with two parts:
>>1. Supply Chain & Capital Intelligence Framework
Learn how real supply chains actually operate:
• Working capital & inventory optimisation
• Cost-to-serve and margin dynamics
• Supplier & concentration risk
• Multi-echelon inventory logic
• Transport cost volatility
• Network design and expansion strategy
• Executive operational communication
>>>2. The 12-Week Practical Supply Chain Analytics Roadmap
Build 10 real-world projects:
• Inventory optimisation (capital-focused)
• Cost-to-serve modelling
• Stockout and lost-sales simulation
• Supplier risk analysis
• Network optimisation
• Demand variability modelling
• Capacity and fulfilment analysis
• Capital allocation modelling
• Service level vs cost trade-offs
• Operational KPI system (decision-focused)
This is not decorative analytics.
This is institutional-level operational intelligence.

I have calculated a total of 80,500 minus the 20 naira for money transferred, leaving 17,400 for airtime and data😭😭. That’s just for December—I haven’t calculated this month’s from the 1st to the 3rd of January yet😭😭.
