"It's hard to make a good commander for two creature types that don't have support already, because the deck would rely too much on the commander, but this one looks good since both creature types are tied to +1/+1 counters and there is many support for that"
"I like that the type change can be easily justified, it makes sense that a Mutant can *mutate* other creatures and it has some kind of Graph ability so it can be it literally adding mutant parts to other creatures."

@HunterMcKinsey3 There are some problems in the wording of some abilities, and you didn't explain what Carve does.
I guess Carve is basically transform? Is this the reason why the equipments don't have mana cost, because they are the other side of the cards?
@ChemyChems Mixing Skulk with getting counters is interesting, but at the same time is antisynergic.
Skulk is not always useful and I don't see this creature getting good stats before being walled
I suggest changing it to 1/3, that should create more scenarios where it can safely attack.
@Negiotsalmonela A unilateral board wipe for 5 mana is too good, and on top of that your card gives you a creature and some life.
It should cost at least 7 mana.

@kalleasafire "Would" basically means "wait, before that event happens look at this". And almost always that means that the event is going to be modified by a replacement effect.
@kalleasafire This text doesn't work exactly the same, as Noodle would be able to become a copy of another permanent the turn it entered the battlefield, but Wizards is currently in favor of this type of wording, so you don't have to remember what happened before this card entered.
@kalleasafire My suggestion is:
Whenever another nonland permanent you control enters, you may have Noodle becomes a copy of it, except it isn't legendary. This ability triggers only once each turn.
Legendary creatures often use their shortened name in it's text instead of "this creature".
