Hey everyone, we're working on our outgoing email system because some people weren't able to get our emails for password resets.
Hang on, we're changing things so until then, most if not all emails may not be sent.
We'll update when we're finished changing things
We've fixed the hardware issue and for now, https://t.co/DN2Wo9Ch2N is back
It appears one of the NVMe RAID drives has died. We've installed new NVMe drives and migrated Gitgud
We're still performing major maintenance on the system to change the OS install while we're at it
https://t.co/v774Q6S0lL is down right now due to some hardware related issues on the server and we will need to perform some emergency maintenance on it
Unknown ETA on when it will be finished
@Trophonix Yes!
We install the OS, in OEM mode if possible, and we update all the software/packages, and make sure the optimal drivers are installed for the system and GPU. This may involve using AMD or NVIDIA proprietary drivers if they are better
We've just launched our eStore and Blue Gem PC, our Boutique PC shop
Select from pre-selected tiers, customize, and then order

And last, but not least, we offer Warranty and Support for our builds
Extended Warranty can even be counted towards a discount to a new system, if the warranty was unused, making upgrades cheaper later on
