It appears one of the NVMe RAID drives has died. We've installed new NVMe drives and migrated Gitgud

We're still performing major maintenance on the system to change the OS install while we're at it

We install the OS, in OEM mode if possible, and we update all the software/packages, and make sure the optimal drivers are installed for the system and GPU. This may involve using AMD or NVIDIA proprietary drivers if they are better
