#Lockdown has made many of us consider how we travel and our impact on the #environment – help parents and pupils arrive at #school safely by creating a #WalkingBubble ready for their return on March 8th. https://t.co/qRgX3mYAh7 #StaySafeGetActive

#Exercise is a great way to clear your head and improve your health.

If you’ve #walked or #cycled more in recent months, keep going and your body will thank you!

Instead of grabbing the car keys, could you walk or cycle instead?

With #schools closed and opportunities for playing with friends almost impossible, a great way to support your family this #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek is through #exercise. Even during a rainy week, wrap up warm and help children get some fresh air where possible. #ExpressYourself
