#WeOvercome project funded by EU AHA program conducted its 1st session on ‘Covid and the New Reality’.The session was facilitated by @ThevuniKotigala & @Ramzideen, it was aimed @ understanding the rapid changes in the society and the role of youth in addressing community issues.
#WeOvercome project was initiated under the EU AHA programconvened in April with the participation of 60 selected youth in Ampara. This project aims at strengthening competencies of youth on information literacy, SM literacy, conflict resolution, advocacy & social action.

I have no doubt #SriLanka is so resilient as a nation. Coming from a war-torn country, #resilience has been a part of every Sri Lankan’s day-to-day life. But, I think the question we need to be asking ourselves is, whether we are ‘positively’ resilient?
The Easter Day service my family and I were at in Colombo today was cut short following explosions in churches and hotels.
