Reef is an optimistic oracle that brings real-world data to Sui smart contracts.

It assumes claims are correct unless challenged and resolved by authorized resolvers.

Key Features:
- Optimistic model: Data available immediately if unchallenged
- Economic incentives: Bond requirements align participant incentives
- Modular resolution: Plug in different resolver types for different use cases
- Permissionless participation: Anyone can submit claims or challenges

⚙️ How It Works:
1. Smart contract submits a query with bond requirements (+ optional rewards)
2. Anyone can make a claim by posting the required bond
3. Anyone can challenge the claim by posting an equal bond
4. If challenged, authorized resolvers determine the truth
5. Winner gets remaining bonds + any rewards, loser loses their bond

🔧 Resolver System:
- Flexible: Committees, DAOs, automated systems, or custom logic
- Authorized: Only whitelisted resolvers can make decisions
- Compensated: Resolvers earn fees for arbitration work
