I close my eyes and I can see Owen under the water staring up at me mouthing 'mum' 'help me' and I can't reach him, I wasn't there, it feels so real and I try so hard to reach him and I can't 💔😭 this happens most nights hoping its a dream, its not and it's real 😭 💜🌈

This week, there have been more young people drowning.l, families and friends heartbroken.
