@Mac_Dhomhnaill @BTCare @bt_disaster It rains sideways where I am in Scotland. Water shouldn't be in the network. Our tech is designed to stay dry if used and closed properly.

@Mac_Dhomhnaill @BTCare @bt_disaster Likely on building exterior or water ingress at top of pole. Have a look from where it enters all the way back to pole.
