What was the first opera your saw live?
Mine was the dress rehearsal of the ROH ‘Turn of the Screw’ at the Barbican, when the ROH was closed for refurbishment. A chorister from the year above me at St. Paul’s sang Miles, and I think Ian Bostridge was Quint.... #opera
