I help founders keep things moving behind the scenes.
Client onboarding, customer support, inboxes, calendars, admin, and the operational work that piles up when you're busy building.
If it needs to be organized, followed up, documented, or handled, I'm your person.
I work with founders and growing businesses with lean teams who need reliable support managing the operational work behind their clients and customers.
I create the operational support that gives them the space to focus on growth instead of getting buried in daily admin.

I was still lying down scrolling through Upwork on my phone, then I saw one job I could do
Na once I run go on my system because I needed to attach link to a Google sheet I've worked on😫
Job hunting is not for the weak
@Ubakananwa@dimmakilishi I never said I was oyibo
Infact I told my client that home training wouldn't allow me call him by his first name, he should pardon me as I'll keep calling him Mr......
I once worked with a UK client that specifically told me to call him by his first name
No Mr, no Sir
Just his first name
It's in Nigeria we address much older persons with Mr and Sir but personally I think it's a mark of respect
There’s this young girl who has been trending because of the way she addressed Tony Elumelu. Instead of the usual “Sir” or “Mr. Elumelu,” she called him simply “Tony.” 😂
And honestly, I’ve been watching the whole saga with mixed feelings.
Because on one hand, I understand why people are upset. In our society, especially when you’re speaking to someone much older and highly accomplished, there’s a certain level of respect expected. You don’t just throw familiarity around because you’ve seen someone on TV or social media.
But on the other hand, I think we should be careful not to turn a simple mistake or lack of awareness into a character assassination.
The girl is young. She may not have understood the weight of the moment or the kind of respect people expect when addressing someone like Tony Elumelu. Sometimes, people are simply learning.
And this is where I think we miss the bigger lesson.
Instead of dragging her endlessly, let her learn from it.
Teach young people that confidence is good, but confidence without respect can easily be mistaken for arrogance.
Teach them that knowing your worth doesn’t mean you should forget your manners.
Because there will be many “Tonys” they will meet in life—people older than them, more experienced than them, people who can open doors for them.
Knowing how to carry yourself around such people is also a skill.
The internet will drag you for a day, but the lesson can stay with you for a lifetime.
I hope she learns from this, grows from it, and moves forward.
And honestly, I hope we adults also learn how to correct young people without destroying them in the process.
I hope she learns from this, grows from it, and moves forward.
But let me ask you was what she did simply a harmless mistake, or do you think it shows a deeper problem with how some young people understand respect and authority today?
If you were in that room, would you correct her privately, call her out immediately, or simply let it slide? I genuinely want to hear your thoughts. 👇🏽
You don’t need one crazy $10,000 deal to completely change your life.
If you can consistently make $600-$700 every month from home for the next 3 years, your life will look completely different.
Not $2,000 today and then nothing for the next 6 months.
I mean consistent income.
You pay your bills, You build your savings, You buy better equipments. You can even invest, help your family, You will stop making desperate decisions.
That kind of consistency can change your entire trajectory.
The goal isn't to get lucky once.
The goal is to become so valuable that opportunities keep finding you.
