New strategy feels like progress.
It’s not.
It’s just easier than fixing execution.
Because execution requires:
* Consistency
* Discipline
* Accountability
And that’s harder than coming up w/ new ideas.
If results aren’t there,
Don’t change the plan.
Fix how it’s being executed.

Accountability w/o visibility doesn’t work.
It just creates tension.
You can’t hold someone accountable to:
- An unclear process
- Undefined expectations
- Invisible problems
That’s not leadership.
That’s guessing.
If you want performance to improve,
Make the work visible 1st.
If you want real #accountability, start here:
1. Track conversion rates
Where are deals dropping?
2. Review pipeline movement weekly
What’s stalling now?
3. Define what “good” looks like
What should be happening at each stage?
Most skip step 1, & why they're managing in the dark.
No one could clearly answer:
Where is the process actually breaking?
Deals were stalling, but no one knew why.
So leadership kept pushing…
Instead of fixing the system.
